SMPS “So You Met Them – Now What?” – #theAECsofmarketing

SMPS Pittsburgh is pleased to present “So You Met Them – Now What?:  How to Effectively Qualify for a Successful Outcome with Prospective Clients!” as our #theAECsofmarketing event on March 30th.

SMPS #theAECsofMarketing will try to make this springtime weather even warmer with a hot topic important to us all: How to Effectively Qualify for a Successful Outcome with Prospective Clients!

Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional; have a background in Marketing or specialize in Business Development; meet with clients directly or are in a supporting role; you will gain valuable insights form this discussion!

Understanding how your clients want to buy and where to position your Marketing and Business Development efforts is paramount to success with today’s fast paced decision makers!  Minimizing the number of times you are surprised when your client chooses another firm will make you more productive.  So come learn, share, and walk away with great ideas for improving the “Go – No Go” process at your firm and how to enrich that client relationship.

Please note this event will take place at PSI in Green Tree and will begin with a little networking at 8 a.m., followed by the program at 8:15 a.m.



Robin R. Zoufalik, CPSM – President of RZ-tek Solutions llc

Robin Zoufalik is the President of RZ-tek Solutions llc and a SMPS Pittsburgh Board Advisor.  He is an experienced Business Development Professional with extensive experience in the AEC and Real Estate industries having worked in the Pittsburgh Region since January 2000. He has a deep understanding and skill set related to the strategy and execution of business development, marketing, and sales.  Working with various RZ-tek clients, he is responsible for growth in above baseline revenues.  Supplementing his formal education at SMU (BSME) with seminars and courses, he has developed his people skills and believes in continuous learning.  Besides working within the AEC and Technical segments, Robin has developed a training course, “Techniques and Basics of the Sales and Business Development Process”, working with individuals and companies to enhance their abilities within various phases of the process.

Robin is also a Rotarian, fully engaged in the community and industry, and most of all likes to be positive and full of energy.
